Summary
Money Tracker has no accounts and no server of its own. Every entry, account, budget, loan, receipt photo and backup is stored on your device. The app uses Google services (Firebase, AdMob) to measure usage, report crashes and show ads; these services never receive your amounts or what you write.
Data that stays on your device
- Entries, categories, accounts, people, groups, budgets, goals, contracts, loans and notes.
- Receipt photos you take or pick, stored in the app's own folder.
- The daily automatic backups; backups you save to the Files app stay where you put them.
- Your passcode, stored in the device Keychain and never included in backups. Face ID / Touch ID are checked by iOS; the app never receives face or fingerprint data.
- Reminders, which are local notifications scheduled by the device.
Data that is sent

Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy. We do not sell data and do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites, except for AdMob ads when you have allowed it.
Permissions
- Camera: take receipt photos and scan QR codes. Photos stay on the device.
- Photos: pick a receipt or a picture of a QR code; only the photos you choose.
- Face ID: unlock the app when you turn on the passcode.
- Notifications: reminders to record spending, contract dates and loan installments.
- Tracking (ATT): used only for ads, as above. Change it in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Buying Pro
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details; the app only knows whether you own Pro.
Deleting your data
More › Settings › Delete all data removes every entry on the device (the app keeps one backup first; you can delete it in Backup and restore). Deleting the app removes all of its data from the device.
